• All prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes will be levied separately in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Xingkong Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform's services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform's services and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

Governing Law

The interpretation and application of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, such disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction of Xingkong Sports (China) Co., Ltd.
